Karl Palachuk is highly recognized in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space as a speaker, consultant, and business coach. He has written 15 books, including the #1 Book on Amazon for managed services, Managed Services in a Monthand the comprehensive 4-volume book set: Managed Services Operations Manual: Standard Operating Procedures for Computer Consultants and Managed Service Providers.

Karl has advised people in the I.T. space for over 18 years as an international speaker, blogger, Podcast host, and personal business consultant. He has toured globally as an MSP educator and represented companies such as Intel, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard.

Karl’s Small Biz Thoughts blog helps thousands of I.T. consultants reach their customers with solid business models and experienced advice on the latest I.T. offerings in cloud services, service migrations, remote managed options, and more.

Monica Caraway

Monica Caraway, graduated from California State University of Sacramento with a BA in Communications. She promptly headed overseas for 10 years to live and work in beautiful Queensland, Australia.

 

Monica worked for Media Monitors Australia as an Account Executive, assisting public relations departments in targeting and monitoring the media. Her portfolio included Queensland state government and state based corporate and entertainment industry clients. It also included Australia Zoo where she had the chance to hold this little sheila.

Besides holding adorable animals, Monica also had the opportunity to visit some amazing locations in Australia, including World Heritage-listed Fraser Island (the world’s largest sand island) while on a six-month video contract project for Griffith University. Monica served as Assistant Producer and Script Writer for the video promoting the university’s Parachute and English for Aviation Training program geared for United Arab Emirates Air Force cadets.

Monica began her work at Small Biz Thoughts, a content and training division of Karl’s publishing company Great Little Book Publishing, in 2010. She has been instrumental in designing publicity campaigns for company-run conferences, I.T. tours, crowdfunding campaigns, and book launches. Monica also focuses on increasing audiences on the various social media channels Small Biz Thoughts and Karl maintain.
