Karl and Richard talk about the book, which Richard stresses is not just another “guide to running an MSP business”. Richard says the book is an easy-to-read guide full or practical advise for MSPs that are struggling with the daily stresses of running an IT business.<\/p>\n

The book is born out of Richard’s personal experience with running an IT business\u00a0and blogging tips<\/a> for MSPs for 15 years.<\/p>\n
